IdeaLab: Trial Period for New Process
You may be relieved to know that we’re overhauling our IdeaLab process to address your feedback and find a balance between structured submission and open innovation. To kick things off, we’re launching the 6-Month Idea Submission (6MIS) Trial.
The trial period aligns with our upcoming 6-Month Roadmap cycle and includes eight campaigns – 4|Sight™, Banno™, iPay Business Bill Pay™, JHA PayCenter™, PayRailz®, Symitar®, Synergy, Synergy eSign™ Suite.
Key Dates for the 6MIS Trial
Here are key dates you’ll want to remember:
- Idea Submission & Voting: August 4 – October 31, 2025
Submit your new ideas and cast your votes! All new ideas will populate in a dedicated “New Ideas: 6-Month Trial” stage. - Voting Only: November 3 – November 28, 2025
The idea submission window will be closed, but you can still vote on existing ideas to help us prioritize them. - Mod Review & Respond: December 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026
Our moderators will research and respond to ideas that made the top 10% of voting results. - Additions to the Roadmap: February 2026
The new 6-Month Roadmap we publish will reflect any new additions stemming from IdeaLab.
