ISO 20022: 🎶 We're Still Standin'. Yeah, Yeah Yeah!
Well fam, the cutover to ISO 20022 is officially in the rearview! Everyone survived relatively unscathed. 😮💨 Before we turn our eyes to the road ahead, we want to acknowledge all the effort that your financial institutions, and sooo many dedicated Jack Henry folks, invested to make the transition an overwhelming success.
The switch to ISO 20022 was a pressure-packed, complex undertaking that involved many distinct yet interdependent components. Through intense focus and a deeply collaborative spirit, the changes unfolded as seamlessly as possible.
As Shanon McLachlan (our Senior VP and COO) said in his follow-up email, “we handled it the only way we know how at Jack Henry – as a team.” That One Jack Henry team includes you and yours! Together, our collective support teams did what they do best. They demonstrated remarkable agility and skill, resolving an impressive 1,308 cases across all four Jack Henry cores and Jack Henry Platform Wires product on day one.
We also recognize the impact that high volume of cases had on your business users and your support staff, and we really appreciate the partnership you all showed in working through each case together to ensure that we make things right for all, as quickly and (mostly) painlessly as we could.
All things considered, this colossal shift marks a serious win for us, the institutions we serve, and your business users. For that, we thank you!
