Jack Henry Identity for Banno Admin
As previously communicated, the Banno Admin login URL will soon be migrating to our new Jack Henry Identity Platform login URL. This will change the login experience for your administrators, who will get redirected to the Jack Henry branded login page. There’s no work needed on your end, but it is critical that you are aware of this coming change – scheduled for October 27th, 2025 – as your login page and URLs will be different. For a refresher on what to expect, see the details in last month’s Statement.
Important: Please do not bookmark the new login.jackhenry.com URL, as you will only access Profile and Security settings for that user.
