Treasury Management: Transmit Return Reason to SilverLake
The days of cross-referencing the Check Exception Report in Treasury Back Office will soon be a thing of the past! We’ll be transmitting return reason codes to SilverLake, enabling you to handle exceptions more accurately and efficiently.
This process reduces manual effort and streamlines the reprocessing of checks – distinguishing between those eligible for redeposit and those that are not. Additionally, these codes are vital for reporting and analytics, helping banks identify exception trends and enhance fraud detection strategies.
