Xperience SSO Access to Banno Admin
Within Banno Admin Xperience™ settings, your authorized admins will no longer see the two-factor authentication (2FA) toggle in Group settings – because the 2FA step is no longer optional based on Group controls. Note that 2FA is still required when logging in via a browser.
For Banno Online Xperience™ authentication, the 2FA step is no longer part of the flow when logging in via Xperience.
Both of these changes took effect on October 27, 2025 alongside the release of Jack Henry Identity.
