Users & Groups: Improved Clarity when Assigning Permissions
Our Jack Henry Platform customers will soon notice a small-but-helpful improvement to the user interface (UI) when creating permission sets or templates for Authorizations Management Service (AMS) in Banno Admin. After navigating to Users & Groups > Group list, and then clicking the JH Permission Sets tab followed by the Create a permission set button, authorized admins currently select Yes, No, or Deny for each permission in the set.
In an effort to eliminate potential ambiguity going forward, we will replace those values to Grant, Unset, and Block. This is slated to take effect on February 2, 2026.
