ACH: Search Recipients
Banno Business users can now manage ACH batches with significantly less effort.
From the active batch screen, users can search recipients by name, ID, batch name, or amount. More importantly, we’ve added editing abilities: end users can now update recipient details immediately within the search results without navigating the entire batch.
This update transforms a multi-step administrative task into a few clicks. By allowing users to find and correct details in seconds, you are reducing the operational friction that leads to payment errors.
This feature is available now to all Banno Business banks and credit unions. No additional contract or support ticket is required.
