We’ve made a meaningful upgrade to the check capture experience across several of our remote deposit integrations, and your accountholders are going to love it.

Starting in late April, financial institutions using RDA, Alogent, Tranzcapture, and UrbanFT will automatically get access to a new autocapture experience. There’s no configuration, no extra cost, and nothing you need to do.

Here’s what’s changing for your accountholder and staff:

• ⚡ Faster from the start: The check capture client initializes significantly faster than before, so accountholders get into the flow quickly and without the wait.
• 📸 Capture that keeps up: Autocapture detects a clean image and fires automatically, with no button tap required. The whole process moves faster because accountholders aren’t the bottleneck anymore.
• 🏦 Better images, less back office work: Inline prompts, auto flash, and smart image correction work together to produce higher quality check images, which means fewer exceptions, less manual review, and lower operational overhead for your team.

Note: To take advantage of the updated capture experience, users will need to be on version 3.32 or later of the mobile app. No further action is needed on your side to enable this once officially rolled out. Please be aware, however, that this update does not apply to our Ensenta or Vertifi integrations.
