Now rolling out: Suspicious and Fraudulent Event Labeling
The ability to flag history events is actively getting rolled out to all financial institutions! Within Banno People and in the Identity app, your designated staff can now flag history events as suspicious or fraudulent as well as add notes to help with any ongoing investigations or to provide context when reviewing past events.
To get started, you just need to grant access to the right staff members by assigning three new permissions – View flags, Manage suspicious flags, and Manage fraudulent flags. The rollout is expected to be complete within the next few business days.
Important: New features released for Identity App are also relevant to customers with Treasury Management, so this update benefits Banno and Treasury customers alike!
