Here are some of the more notable documentation updates we made this month:
- Domain Configuration Options for Jack Henry Identity: We launched a new page that walks your authorized admins through the process of choosing the authentication method that works best for your unique email domain.
- Jack Henry Identity for LoanVantage FAQ: You asked. We answered – with an extensive set of new FAQs from the most recent Office Hours sessions.
- Jack Henry Identity and EntraID for LoanVantage FAQ: We created a handy new FAQ guide to help those of you with LoanVantage and EntraID navigate the upcoming adoption of Jack Henry Identity.
- Guest Chat for Jack Henry Conversations Overview: Check out our net-new overview discussing the key features of Guest Chat and how it can benefit your financial institution.
- Advanced Guidance for Jack Henry Conversations Overview: We published a net-new overview outlining the benefits of Advanced Guidance, an integral part of the Support Suite for Jack Henry Conversations.

- FactorSoft Merge Assistance Feature Overview: Mergers and acquisitions in the factoring industry have created the need for consultative support and a streamlined process when two FactorSoft factoring institutions need to merge databases. This new feature overview outlines how we can help.
