Jack Henry Wires: Saved Views
Jack Henry Wires Saved Views makes it easier to access the wires and wire messages that matter most to your administrators. Now you can select filters and save them as reusable views, letting you quickly switch between different filtered views and pick up where you left off without losing your filters.
There are four initial preset views – Processing Wires, OFAC Review Required, Approval Required, and Verify Accounts. You can also create additional personalized views with your preferred combination of filters! Check out our documentation for more information.
Up next on this front? Soon, we will work on giving your admins the option to create unique preset views and display them for specific employee groups. Currently, each custom view is only accessible to the user who created it. There’s no timeframe to share yet, but you can bet we’ll provide updates as this follow-up enhancement progresses.
