New Activity Events for Unified Identity Service
Today, whether the action is taken by a Banno end user or a Unified Identity Service end user, all events related to authentication and profile activity are lumped together under the same Activity event filters (User > Authentication and User > Profile). We recognize that this isn’t ideal for reporting purposes.
To mitigate this, Unified Identity Service will soon become an events publisher for Jack Henry Enterprise Events Service. This will initially include events for any updates end users make to their Recovery Phone and Recovery Email fields for now, but we will continue adding events incrementally.
More information to come – once we’re ready to share release timing and specific event names.
