Jack Henry Intercept Rollout Starts Soon!
Jack Henry Intercept is marching toward general availability, with rollout scheduled to start this October. If you’re still wondering if Intercept is right for your financial institution, check out the fraud-protection benefits we described in last month’s Statement. Then, be sure to get the ball rolling with your Sales Executive!
Preparation for Current NuDetect™ Customers
If you haven’t contracted for Intercept yet, it’s critical to make the move well before Dec. 31, 2026, when Mastercard™ will officially retire NuDetect and the product will no longer function. While we’re nearly past our Oct. 1, 2026 date guaranteeing your installation prior to the NuDetect retirement, we’ll still make every reasonable effort to prevent a gap in security coverage when NuDetect becomes defunct. We urge you to coordinate with your Sales Executive right away. And be sure to join us for bi-weekly Intercept Office Hours, which are open to customers contracted for either NuDetect or Intercept.
