Preset Reports

Your authorized admins will find six preset reports for Jack Henry Wires:

• Wire Total Count: Grouped by Incoming and Outgoing wires, this report shows the total number of incoming and outgoing wires.
• Monthly Totals: This report shows the total count of wires processed per month.
• Wire Status: Grouped by Status, this report shows the total number of wires that are complete, processing, and rejected.
• Wire Total Amount: Grouped by Incoming and Outgoing wires, this report shows the total dollar amount of wires.
• Value Messages: Grouped by message definition, this report shows the total count of accountholder (pacs.008) and financial institution (pacs.009) wire transfers.
• Non-Value Messages: Grouped by message definition, this report shows the total count of non-value messages (not pacs.008 or pacs.009).

Soon, an optional add-on will be available to let your admins build their own custom reports for Jack Henry Insights, including custom Wires reports. We’re working to finalize the required AI disclosure agreement, and we will alert our financial institutions as soon as it’s ready.

Required Permissions

To access Jack Henry Insights and the new Jack Henry Wires reports, your admins must be granted the following permissions:

• Manage Insights: Grants access to see and click the Insights button, which is displayed after clicking ••• (More) in the primary navigation of Banno Admin. Assign this permission via Banno Groups, in the Platform section.
• View Insights: Grants access to see and click the Insights icon (bar graph) within Jack Henry Platform as well as view dashboards and reports within Jack Henry Insights. Assign this permission via JH Permission Sets, in the Insights section.
• View Reports: Grants the ability to view wire reports in Jack Henry Insights. Assign this permission via JH Permission Sets, in the Wires section.

Finally, there is no support ticket or additional contract needed for Jack Henry Insights or the new Jack Henry Wires reports. Insights is enabled for all institutions, and the new preset reports are available for all Jack Henry Wires customers.
