Identity App: Call-In Verification
Released on March 19, 2026, Call-in Verification One Time Passcode (OTP) is an advanced security process that lets end users with Unified Identity Service (UIS) quickly and securely verify their identity when calling your financial institution. Your support staff will find detailed instructions for the process here on the For Clients Portal.
Important: This functionality is intended for UIS end users (primarily Treasury Management users). It is not recommended for financial institutions without UIS. For a refresher on other details we shared in our previous announcement, please see last month’s Statement.
